Our Terms 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty:

a. Ozalez, LLC (Smiles Abroad) provides a one-year warranty on all dental services, except for ceramic veneers, which carry a three-year warranty from the date of completion. Our warranty on veneers typically covers material defects and craftsmanship errors. This means that if your veneers exhibit any structural flaws.

b. The warranty for ceramic veneers covers the replacement of defective veneers within the specified warranty period. However, it does not cover any associated travel costs, accommodations, or other expenses incurred by the client.

c. Clients must notify Smiles Abroad within 30 days of detecting any defects covered under warranty. Smiles Abroad reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of warranty claims.

d. Warranty coverage does not cover normal and typical wear and tear and or use of your teeth. Depending on the treatment received this may include changes such as, but not limited to, minimal discoloration. It does not cover neglect, misuse or accidents. Proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups are vital to maintain the longevity of your veneers. Smiles Abroad holds the right to deny a warranty claim which is deemed, by Smiles Abroad, to have no plausible premise. 

2. Risks and Liabilities:
a. All dental work comes with inherent risks. Ozalez, LLC (operating as Smiles Abroad) is not liable for any typical complications, side effects, or unsatisfactory outcomes that may occur during or after dental procedures.
b. Clients understand and acknowledge that they undertake dental treatments abroad at their own risk, assuming responsibility for any potential complications, including medical emergencies or travel-related issues.

3. Travel and Safety:
a. Clients are responsible for their travel arrangements, including transportation (unless specifically coordinated with Smiles Abroad and detailed in invoice) , accommodations, and personal safety while abroad. Smiles Abroad is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or losses occurring during travel or at the destination country.
b. Smiles Abroad does not guarantee the safety or security of clients while abroad, and clients are advised to exercise caution and follow local laws and regulations. Immigration process and acceptance into the country is the responsibility of the client and Smiles Abroad can not ensure entry to Colombia or be made liable for any associated costs.  

4. Recommendations and Referrals:
a. Smiles Abroad may recommend or suggest establishments such as hotels, restaurants, tours, clubs, bars, or shopping venues for the convenience of clients. However, Smiles Abroad is not liable for any issues, disputes, or losses that may arise at these establishments.
b. Clients understand that they have the freedom to choose and attend any establishment, and Smiles Abroad holds no responsibility for the quality of services or experiences at these recommended establishments.
